The EVOS™ FL Imaging System are available with either a monochrome or color camera • Monochrome cameras are commonly used for high-performance fluorescence applications, and provide the best sensitivity for detection of faint fluorescence signals. • Color cameras have lower fluorescence sensitivity but have the advantage of being able to differentiate structures by color in transmitted light (for example, imaging stained tissue samples).

Software - Cell Counting
The Count tool streamlines cell counting by marking items with up to 6 labels onscreen. As you tag items, the system will keep a running tally of counts with percentages for each label assigned. Document your results simply by saving the tagged image, with the Count tool displaying the totals.
